The Elementary Resource Room is also serving as a greenhouse for students who have been tending to their bean, sunflower and herb garden for weeks!
“The younger students were inspired by the classic Jack and the Beanstalk tale and the older ones have learned about the importance of biodiversity through this project,” said Resource Room Manager Karine Plouffe.
“We’re also preparing to celebrate Earth Day on April 22 with inspirational books while caring for our plants babies!”
