Executive Director's Message
Those present at our 50th anniversary gala will understand why we are still basking in the glow of that historic milestone. The event can perhaps best be summarized by one word: nachat. Seeing the generations of Hebrew Academy parents, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the school unite in celebration was a zechut that will remain etched in our memories for years to come.
Having served as Hebrew Academy’s Executive Director for the last 32 years, I can personally attest to how far we’ve come in the past three decades alone.
Along with our incredible accomplishments, we can all be exceedingly proud to have upheld the very mission of academic excellence in both Limudei Kodesh and secular studies established on Day One, back in 1967. We can be equally proud that our commitments to Talmud Torah, Eretz Yisrael and Derech Eretz remain every bit as strong as they were half a century ago. These are values that we will always safeguard, no matter how many years go by.
As we look toward the next 53 years, may we continue to derive joy and pride from our wonderful achievements and strength as a family and community.
