Our Grade 11 Girls had the zechut of meeting and learning from the incredibly inspiring, renowned Israeli media personality Sivan Rahav Meir this morning, who shared her fascinating journey in becoming a journalist – which began at the age of 7 – and embracing a Modern-Orthodox lifestyle – which happened at the age of 15. Sivan encouraged the young women to pursue their passions as much as possible and reinforced the idea that everyone has the power to influence someone else for the positive.Thank you and kol hakavod to Mizrachi Canada, TBDJ, and School Rabbi Rabbi Eddie Shostak for enabling this unique opportunity!
