A big Mazal Tov to Grade 1A students who celebrated the completion of their first Ariyot choveret (workbook) this morning. The students baked cookies, played Bingo with vocabulary words they learned in Ariyot, shared riddles and jokes and then received many yummy treats! We sang and danced the hora to add to the celebration. Lastly, the students received their new Ariyot choveret and they were so excited to flip through the pages and meet the new letters. May this enthusiasm continue and lead them through all of their Hebrew reading. We can’t wait to start our new choveret!
