Every week, Grade 4B takes some time to write just for the love of it. These writing activities normally include quick writes on fun topics or the 100 word challenge (see our class blog and scroll down to the green boxes for examples). This week, we worked on a new platform called “Star Writing”. Our challenge was to think of ways that we could make the world a better place .
On Monday, we had a great discussion about how anyone can change the world as long as they put their mind to it! We talked about how kind actions are contagious and how we all have voices that we could use to bring awareness to world issues that are important to us.
The students did a fabulous job and gave concrete examples about how they could make a difference! Please click here to read their meaningful insights.
