Student Life
Hebrew Academy High School strives to create a learning environment through both formal and informal education. Our Student Activities Department helps to elect and guide a Student Council that plans a range of fun and inspirational programs for our students including shabbatonim, trips and Friday night onegs. We believe that a love for Judaism can be reinforced via students’ participation in a variety of activities, from Rosh Chodesh dancing and hiking on Sukkot, to an uplifting shabbaton in the mountains.
Through their participation in our rich extra- and co-curricular activities, our students cultivate lifelong friendships and forge deeper relationships with their teachers beyond the classroom. Hebrew Academy’s one-of-a-kind, warm, familial environment makes it a place where students gravitate; this may explain why so many may be found here long after the school day is over!
