Three days into the new school year, our High School students already had the zechut of davening Shacharit with Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar, Head Shaliach of Chabad-Lubavitch.
Following Tefilla, Rabbi Lazar shared two inspirational stories with our student body about Russian Jews’ faith and commitment to Judaism in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
“There is no challenge that you cannot overcome,” he said. ” If you’re determined to get passed it, Hashem will help you to realize your goals.”
